Learning to facilitate an open meditation group

Join an online group to practice sharing your sittings and to hear others – three month commitment requested.

Take notes during the group or afterwards to record your observations on: how the teachers work with other meditators in the explorative dialogue, the dharma that comes from meditator’s experience and how to bring that out in the group, group dynamics and relationships, how the teachers start and end the groups, how to make the groups sustainable then set up time to speak with Linda or Nelly about your observations, questions, and reflections.  Keeping confidentiality, this conversation will be about your experience, and how to let that lead in developing meditation groups that you will facilitate on your own or with others.

  • Tuesdays from 6-7:30 pm PDT – second and fourth weeks of each month
  • Thursdays from 5-6:30pm PDT – second and fourth weeks of each month
