We’ve been quietly working on something that feels both familiar and new—and we’d like to invite you into the process.
Over the past months, we’ve been writing short, evolving chapters that explore traditional Buddhist teachings alongside how we approach these teachings in Reflective Meditation. We began with the Eightfold Path, but the project has grown into something more alive than a simple reinterpretation. It’s becoming a conversation between what has been preserved and how it is lived, discovered, and reimagined in real time.
Rather than waiting until it’s finished, we’re choosing to share this as it slowly unfolds.
Each piece is a kind of inquiry: What happens when we hold these teachings not as fixed instructions, but as organizing principles we are in relationship with? How do they function in lived experience? What do they reveal when approached through reflection rather than repetition?
If this kind of exploration resonates with you, we invite you to read along.
We’ll be sending them out as they develop. You’re welcome to simply receive and reflect, or—if you feel moved—to support our writing with a donation. Especially if you benefit from this writing in your life and/or use it in your work. This feels less like publishing a book and more like opening a door.
We’d be glad to have you walk through it with us.
Linda and Nelly
